Store Returns and Exchanges
Chop Shop Trenton Inc. offers very good quality products and we stand behind our products.
We will exchange any products that have manufacturing defects with a new one within one year of the purchase date.
We will provide full refunds on products that were not used and not opened within a 60 days period from the purchase date.
Because of hygiene issues we will not take return for products that have been used, gift cards and any sealed products.
The process is very simple. Just email us within 60 days of purchase at email@example.com with the order number, the item in question and the reason. We will contact you to let you know if it is acceptable and how to return the item.
The buyer is responsible to ship the item back to the store. If an item is damaged once it arrives it will not be refunded. We recommend that you get an insurance and tracking number.
Once we receive the item, we will refund the money (minus shipping fees if applicable) to the original payment mean (credit card or other).
Refund request over 60 days but within 1 year of purchase will get a store credit.
No refund/credit for products over 1 year of purchase.
Proof of purchase necessary. Refunds and exchanges are limited to the original purchaser.
Shipping costs plus applicable taxes are non-refundable.
Orders over 50$ CAD will be eligible for free shipping.
Orders will be shipped out of our store within 2 business days.
Items will be shipped from Trenton, Ontario, Canada.
Some countries have duties on imported products. It is the customers responsibility to be aware of their country’s duties regulation and to pay for the duties.
